The room was comfy and stylish. I loved making late-night tea in the little kitchen area! There’s a cozy lounge and a great reading spot with books about Paris that made my downtime extra special. Just a heads up, the Wi-Fi could be a bit spotty at times, but it didn't ruin my stay at all. 😊

Great way to end our business trip. Spotless hotel and excellent service. Fresh food for breakfast in the cafe. Modern & neat unit with bathrooms, beer plus pretty decorations. Marvellous and fantastic setting, not far from supermarkets and several metro stations and the RER. Also, in the center of everything.

A great location with plenty of nearby attractions.
I had issues with the internet connection , frustrating. And no refrigerator in the room made it hard to keep my drinks cold, and going to the supermarket seemed like an inconvenience.

Delighted by the charming atmosphere at 1er Étage Opera. The decor felt stylish, echoing typical Parisian aesthetics. Daily housekeeping kept the rooms immaculate, excellent. Breakfast served in the communal living room was good, with fresh handmade fruit salad, yogurt, and pastries. I appreciated having a knowledgeable receptionist available to help with local recommendations. The high-pressure shower was fantastic! It felt cramped with luggage. The noise from the street was noticeable in the morning but manageable with the window closed.

The breakfast was good with plenty of options and the staff was accommodating. The location was very convenient, with major tourist attractions within walking distance. the shopping centers were just around the corner. The room was clean and well-maintained. The staff was polite and friendly.
The entrance process was complicated. There was not a reception where we could check-in and get assistance, and we had to manage with codes to enter the hotel and our room.

My recent stay near the Opera House was nothing short of amazing. the location was unbeatable, with everything from the big, name shops to cozy cafes lining the streets. the metro station was just a stone's throw away too. the room was clean, well, decorated, and equipped with everything we needed, from air conditioning to Wi. the daily housekeeping and attentive staff made the stay extra comfortable and pleasant. the continental breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day.
It was a bit difficult to access the property as there was no reception and we had to obtain codes to enter the building in advance.
